At FutKulture, we're committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, we'll work with you to find a fair solution in accordance with the policy below.


Cancellation Policy

Within 30 Minutes of Placing Your Order

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase before processing begins.

  • A 10% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

Orders Already in Production

If your order has already entered the designing, customization, quality control, or packaging stage:

  • A 30% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Replacements & Refund Policy

Sizing Notice

Important: Our jerseys have a slimmer athletic fit than many standard retail brands. We strongly recommend ordering one size above your usual size for the best fit. Please review the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Size Replacements

If your jersey does not fit, you do not need to return it.

To request a free replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide a clear video showing:
    • The jersey.
    • The size label.
    • The fitting issue.
  • Our support team will review your claim.

If approved, we will send one replacement in the requested size free of charge.

No return of the original item is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Do not modify or use the item before contacting us.

Once approved, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Football Boots (Cleats)

Due to sizing variations, hygiene, and the nature of the product, all football boots are final sale.

Football boots are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

the carrier may return, abandon, or dispose of the parcel.

In these situations, FutKulture cannot provide refunds or replacements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Orders are not eligible for refunds due to:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Delayed delivery within the estimated shipping timeframe
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Any approved replacement request

All approved claims are resolved by providing a free replacement only.

Claims submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
