Free Shipping Worldwide
At FutKulture™, we proudly ship worldwide through trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, 4PX, and EMS, who work with local delivery partners to deliver your order directly to your door.
Order & Payment Processing
Orders are charged at the time of purchase.
All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. To protect against fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
During peak seasons, major football events, holidays, promotional sales, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery will follow the estimated shipping times listed below.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take 3–7 business days to appear after dispatch while your shipment is being scanned through our carrier network.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier congestion, severe weather, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping or customs fees may be deducted from the refund.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If tracking confirms successful delivery, FutKulture™ cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If a shipment experiences an unusual carrier delay, our team will gladly investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
Orders begin processing quickly, and address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
