Return & Exchange Policy
At FutKulture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Item is unused and in original condition

All original packaging is intact

The product is not personalized

No visible signs of wear or damage
Please note: Any item returned with damage, or after the 30-day window, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email support@futkulture.com with the following:

Your order number

Reason for the return or exchange

Any supporting photos (for damaged/defective items)
We will guide you through the next steps based on the policy above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you're returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 2–3 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
If you haven't received your refund after this period, contact us at support@futkulture.com, and we'll investigate promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at support@futkulture.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We rely on tracking timestamps and carrier delivery confirmation to assess all claims.

All prices and refunds are processed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
