Refund & Cancellation Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund, under the terms below:
Order Cancellations

Within 30 minutes of placing your order and before processing:
A 10% cancellation/restocking fee applies. -
If your order is already being designed or packaged:
A 30% cancellation/restocking fee applies. -
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Personalized items are non-returnable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted. We may provide a prepaid return label based on your location. The return address will be sent after your return is approved.
⏳ No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
Late Shipping Policy
While we strive for prompt delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days after the estimated shipping window, you're eligible to request a refund. We appreciate your patience in these rare situations.
Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, the package may be disposed of by the carrier. Due to the nature and cost of our products, returns are not feasible in such cases. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Defective Products
We inspect all products before shipping, but if your item arrives defective:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and unmodified

If the packaging was damaged during transit, we will replace the item free of charge upon evidence

Customers are responsible for return shipping; once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped

Defects discovered after delivery must be reported within 30 days for eligibility
